Matthew treats diners at the Haute Cabrière Cellar Restaurant to a unique and refreshing marriage between food and wine. He pairs small portions of classic, yet contemporary, dishes with the elegant Haute Cabrière and Pierre Jourdan wines.
Quality is of paramount importance to Matthew and, to ensure that only the best leaves his kitchen, he grows much of his own produce on the family farm. What he doesn't grow himself he sources from local producers in the surrounding Franschhoek Valley.
