The Westcliff Hotel in Johannesburg will be hosting a series of Sunday Garden Tea Concerts on the
hotel's picturesque outdoor Summer Terrace during the next couple of weeks. Cabrière will be setting the tone by offering guests a complementary glass of Pierre Jourdan Brut Cap Classique on
arrival. ![]() Both Achim and Takuan are relieved that the harvest is over, in the sense that all the grapes are off the vines and in the cellar. However, they will be very busy until the end of March putting the various tanks of wine through their fermentation processes and then blending them together to form the base blends for the various Pierre Jourdan Cap Classiques and Haute Cabrière wines. Takuan says the quality of the grapes has been "superb!" so once again we can look forward to great wines from Cabrière. Watch this space! ![]() |
