Magic of Bubbles: 4-6 December

Don't miss the annual Franschhoek Investec Private Bank Cap Classique and Champagne Festival. Cabrière will be serving their Pierre Jourdan Brut and Belle Rose, so come to our stall for your favourite glass of Pierre Jourdan.

The festival will start at 18:00 on Friday evening, 4 December, and continue on the Saturday and Sunday, 5th and 6th from noon to 18:00. This is no ordinary wine festival, but rather a refined affair where people come to see and be seen. The theme this year is white with a touch of black to match sponsor Investec's corporate colours. So make sure you dress up and prepare yourself for a day of bubbles, superb food, laidback music and great company.

Come and visit the Pierre Jourdan stand and enjoy a tasting of the Pierre Jourdan Brut and the Pierre Jourdan Belle Rose which both have an avid following. The Haute Cabrière Cellar restaurant will also have a stall serving the Retro Ritz which is a prawn and avocado cocktail with wild rocket and peri peri mayo, the perfect match for the Belle Rose. If you'd like to taste the other Pierre Jourdans in the range, make your way up the Pass to our cellar afterwards, we'll be open.

Festive Season

Impress your guests this festive season with magnums of Brut and Pinot Noir. Popping a Pierre Jourdan Brut magnum will definitely start 2010 off on a festive note, while a slightly chilled magnum of Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir is the ideal partner for your Christmas dinner. It's elegant enough to withstand the summer heat, but its rich plummy flavours will be the perfect foil for duck, gammon or turkey stuffed with nuts and berries.

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00
Saturdays and public holidays: 10:00 to 17:00
Sundays: 11:00 to 16:00

Please note that we will be closed on Christmas Day and
New Year's Day.
