A la carte Menu

Our a la carte menu changes almost on a daily basis, in line with the season and daily availability of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Main portions are available as both full and half portions, which enables guests to taste a variety of different options. In line with our concept of creating the "true marriage of food and wine" there is a carefully selected wine pairing suggestion with each dish.

Vintage Tasting Menu

Renowned for its exquisite range of wines, Haute Cabrière's Cellar Restaurant is offering a special 6-course tasting menu paired skilfully to showcase the exquisite versatility of the elegant wine selection. Guests are taken on a journey through different styles and vintages - including some rare finds from the vinoteque, which are only available from the Estate.

Chef's Surprise Menu

Let Chef Ryan Shell surprise you with his choice of 6-courses off the a la carte menu. All dishes are inspired by the season and presented in tasting menu portions, each served with a glass of Haute Cabrière or Pierre Jourdan.

Terrace Menu (Delicious Little Things)

Haute Cabriere will also be taking advantage of the beautiful balmy afternoons with a newly introduced "Delicious Little Things menu", to encourage guests to linger after their tasting room experience or just pop in for a stunning sundowners with great wines and light snacks.

Guests can enjoy a selection of tapas styled foods.

Served: on the terrace (weather dependant):

• Tuesdays - Saturdays: 3pm - 7pm
• Sundays: not available on Sundays
