Our a la carte menu changes almost on a daily basis, in line with the season and daily availability of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Main portions are available as both full and half portions,
which enables guests to taste a variety of different options. In line with our concept of creating the "true marriage of food and wine" there is a carefully selected wine pairing suggestion with each dish.

Daily Lunch Offering: Table d'Haute
The Table d'Haute menu derives its name from the "Table d'hôte" concept, which literally means "host's table", where guests are served a multi-course meal created by the host. It consists of four courses, which Chef Ryan Shell will be selecting daily.

Pinot Noir Tasting Menu
Renowned for its exquisite range of Pinot Noirs, Haute Cabrière's Cellar Restaurant is offering a special tasting menu paired skilfully with these wines. This classic 6-course tasting menu showcases the exquisite versatility of the elegant Pinot Noir cultivar. Guests are taken on a journey through different styles and vintages - including some rare finds from the vinoteque, which are only available from the Estate.

Let Chef Ryan Shell surprise you with his choice of 6-courses off the a la carte menu. All dishes are inspired by the season and presented in tasting menu portions, each served with a glass of Haute Cabrière or Pierre Jourdan.

Terrace Menu
Haute Cabrière will also be taking advantage of the beautiful balmy afternoons with a newly introduced terrace menu, to encourage guests to linger after their tasting room experience.
Guests can enjoy oysters, cheese or duck liver parfait plates, with home baked ciabatta and a selection of tapas.
