Enjoy Tapas in the Tasting Room
With spectacular views and summer evenings, make the most of your time in Franschhoek by enjoying tapas at the Tasting Room.
The offering launched in November 2017 with much excitement and continued support from locals and tourists alike. Haute Cabrière also extended the hours of the Tasting Room in that time, making the experience more accessible for guests to enjoy the wines and views of the farm.
Expect tapas dishes like confit cherry tomatoes and whipped feta on bruschetta and beef sirloin cubes in a black pepper and garlic sauce. A plat du jour , or meal of the day will also be on offer, as well as a cheese boards.
The menu will be on offer 7 days a week during Tasting Room hours.
