Haute Cabrière Restaurant and Tasting Room reopening on 1 October
After closing for a five-month renovation project, Haute Cabrière’s Restaurant and Tasting Room will be reopening on the first of October, just in time for summer.
Loyal guests of this iconic Franschhoek destination can look forward to a contemporary and modern interior style that highlights the much-loved historical charm of the mountain cellar’s tasting room and restaurant. The restaurant now also offers breakfast, making Haute Cabrière the perfect weekend brunch spot on a trip to the winelands.
Updated and innovative new menus from Chef Nic van Wyk provide delectable dishes to savour on the extended terrace, an area sure to become a firm favourite for family get-togethers or dining with friends over a bottle of the estate’s legendary blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The estate will also be launching a new conference venue in the underground mountain cellar in October, which is bound to become one of the Cape’s most sought-after venues.
