How To Buy
Shopping our online store is easy!
STEP ONE: Browse Online
On the main list of products, click a product to see additional information about the item.
STEP TWO: Add to Cart
- Select the products or packages you intend to buy, and click the “Add to Cart” button for each product. You can also choose to add more than one of each item using the box next to the “Add to Cart” button.
- Move your mouse to the “Shopping Cart” button at the top righty of the page (showing your current order total) to display the quantities of the items you have placed in your shopping bag and the total cost of your purchase.
- If you wish to remove an item in your current order, simply go to your cart and select the “Remove item” link near the product name represented by the symbol ‘X’. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.
STEP THREE: Make Payment
- When you’ve completed shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in your shopping cart list, using the button at the top right of any page.
- Fill in the forms to checkout and complete your order.
- Make sure to enter an address where you are most likely to be reachable during the day, e.g., a work or home address. Deliveries will be made between 8am and 4pm from Monday to Friday.
- You may pay using Credit cards, Debit Cards and EFT. Remember to include your full details and for EFT payments include the provided reference number when you make the payment from your bank.
You may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you click “Submit Order”
After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. You will also receive an email confirmation promptly following each order.
STEP FOUR: Expect Delivery
Delivery is a standard charge of R165 for all purchases below R1000, anything above this amount is free of charge. How about making a combined order with your friends to save on delivery costs?
Our delivery times are 3-5 working days. We aim to deliver on time as promised, however things may happen that are beyond our control therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered on time. Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. You will be able to track your order using the tracking ID sent to you by email when your order leaves our warehouse. Other Useful Tips
This is an online store offering to-your-door delivery. We unfortunately do not offer the option to collect your order from our warehouse. However, you’re welcome to come visit Haute Cabrière, and buy products from the estate shop.
